Norway TVOV extension: NRK panelusage

Epic: SOU-3378: Expansion Project TVOV

For TVOV (Norway) we bring panel data together with measured streaming content.
Panel (registration) is measured via focalmeter and additionally a web panel registration via "4gHome"
the output takes place via sftp (tns-nostftp) in the subdirectory "TVOV"

Extension of the project:

-> the focalmeter data and 4gHome registrations are used
-> these are applied to the measurement of the site "nrk"
-> Output should be usage data in hourly resolution.
-> Export name and content in GMT
-> Ideally, it is possible to configure the "sites" which are viewed in the Jenkins job
-> Format analogous to the file already delivered for test purposes via https://jira.spring.de/browse/IAM-4095

Usage Web-Traffic

In addition, we should also generate exports via the web measurement (IAM), which we are still doing for NRK.
