Compliance reports consist of 10 checks which are based on census volumes and calibrated content. These checks should help Broadcasters and 3rd parties to better understand how compliant they are with metadata submission as well as to gain better perspective on how that impacts Dovetail reporting.
Each check contains summary (1 per broadcaster) and detail (10 per broadcaster) version of report, which will be available for download on designated SFTP location, and summary will be sent via emails to appropriate recipients.
Each Broadcaster will be able to see the compliance for Content where they are either Originating owner, or the Player owner:
- Broadcasters which do not have players will see data for their content played on other players
- Broadcasters that are also Player owners will see data for (where applicable):
- Their own content, played on their own as well as third party players
- Third party Content played on their player
Reports are produced every Thursday (uploaded between 0900 and 1700h) and will contain data for one week (Mon to Sun), for a week before previous, i.e. on 23rd May 2019, Kantar would be publishing reports for research period 6th – 12th May.
Latest 2 weeks of data will be available for download in the SFTP folders at any moment in time.
